Tiramisu cake topped with handmade chocolate rosettes ♥

This cake was fun for me to make as it's actually my fiance's favourite dessert. I made it thinking of him & how he loves all the components of this dessert. This cake was made for a clients mum. We're in the middle of a terrible heatwave over here in Perth so I had to work with the air conditioner beaming down on me to try work with the mouldable chocolate to make the flowers! But I do love how they turned out.
